But with trauma‑informed teachers, classrooms become sanctuaries of safety, healing, and hope.

Every day, children in our communities face experiences no child should ever endure—violence, loss, fear, and emotional pain that leaves deep, invisible wounds. Many arrive at our doors quiet, withdrawn, or burdened by grief far heavier than their small shoulders can carry. At Gifted Hands for Tender Hearts, we meet these children with compassion, patience, and gentle therapeutic support. We walk with them as they try to make sense of painful experiences. For many, this is their first chance to feel heard, to feel safe, and to feel hope again
