This is your very own Healing Book. It belongs to you, and it’s full of fun games, drawings, and stories to help you learn, share, and grow stronger.
Over the next few weeks, you will join other children and your therapist in special sessions where you will:
Play games
Draw and create art
Learn about feelings
Practice calming skills
Share stories in safe ways
Sometimes the activities may feel exciting, and other times they may bring up big feelings. That’s okay. Your Healing Book is a safe place to write, draw, or color your thoughts. There are no right or wrong answers — only your own story.
Remember: You are brave. You are strong. And you are not alone.
